This tool is only measuring behavior and report statements which are true and areas of behavior in which tendencies are shown.

Practically, DISC (Dominant, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance) could be apply also for defining leadership style of people as individual or small organization behavior, which enable us to apply the best way of communicating to other people or inter-organization within business unit.

How many times have you attended a psychological test …? and how times you regret for the result…?

So many recruiters which consider their candidates from intelligent quotient only. In the mean time, another company has tried to use other tools in recruiting. They are using a competency base interview to figure their candidates after some written tests.
